Beyond sustainable purchasing and labor practices, Civetta has made annual food, beverage, and private dining donations to over 150 different schools, religious organizations and charitable organizations.

Amali is inspired by the Mediterranean way of life, emphasizing vegetables, olive oil, cheese, grains, and fish.  

Amali's wine list offers over 400 selections and has been called "daring" by The New York Times and "one of the best Mediterranean selections in Midtown” by New York Magazine.

The Hamptons

Calissa is Mykonos in the Hamptons. 

The menu focuses on seafood and traditional Greek dishes such as salt baked fish, seafood pasta and mezze.  

Calissa's wine list has been awarded The Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator and boasts the largest selection of rosé in the Hamptons.

Juniper is a seasonal American restaurant located in The Vanderbilt hotel and residences in Westbury, Long Island.

 Juniper's menu highlights Long Island's bounty of produce, meat and fish, with a focus on steaks, American wine and a robust cocktail program.
